John Holland has been selected as the preferred tenderer for the construction of the $400 million Connors river Dam to Moranbah Pipeline in Central Queensland.
The project will involve the construction of 136 kilometres of large diameter buried pipeline that will carry up to 45,000 megalitres of water per year from the proposed Connors River Dam to the Bowen Basin and surrounding areas.
The project is designed to meet the increasing water supply reliability and security needs for the region’s booming resources sector.
